28/28 Dovetail Slot

The 28/28 dovetail slot is a lightweight, low cost self-anchoring channel for casting into concrete and is used in conjunction with the following channel ties:

• 4100 Range
• 4200 Range
• 4300 Range
• 4400 Range

All dovetail slots have pre-punched nail holes to allow nailing to formwork. The channel is available in both stainless and galvanised steel in standard lengths of 100mm, 150mm and 3000mm. The channel comes complete with polystyrene infill to prevent the ingress of concrete. When used with the above ties, the dovetail slot achieves a safe working load of 1 kN in both tension and compression.
